Voyrio Ads AI — Google User Data

Voyrio Ads AI is an internal advertising management application operated by Voyrio. It uses Google OAuth to allow authorized Voyrio personnel to connect Voyrio’s Google Ads account to the application.

This section describes how Voyrio Ads AI handles Google user data for the OAuth application named Voyrio Ads AI. It covers, in order: ACCESS; USE; STORAGE; PROTECTION; SHARING and disclosure; RETENTION and DELETION; and REVOCATION of Google account access.

Google user data we access

ACCESS — Through the authorized Google Ads API connection, Voyrio Ads AI accesses Google user data limited to Voyrio’s Google Ads account management, including:

  • Google Ads customer and account identifiers
  • Campaign information
  • Ad group information
  • Advertisements
  • Keywords
  • Search terms
  • Impressions
  • Clicks
  • Advertising costs
  • CPC and related performance metrics
  • Conversion metrics
  • Campaign and bidding settings required for authorized account management

Voyrio Ads AI does not access Google account passwords. Authentication is performed through Google OAuth.

Voyrio Ads AI does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, YouTube, or other unrelated Google product data.

How we use Google user data

USE — Google user data accessed through Voyrio Ads AI is used exclusively to provide Voyrio Ads AI advertising-management functionality for Voyrio’s Google Ads account(s), including:

  • Retrieving Google Ads performance data
  • Analyzing campaign, search-term, cost, and conversion performance
  • Providing optimization information and advertising-management recommendations
  • Performing Google Ads account-management functions authorized by Voyrio
  • Maintaining operational and audit records necessary to document application activity and account changes

Google user data from Voyrio Ads AI is not used for unrelated advertising, unrelated marketing to third parties, or any purpose outside Voyrio Ads AI and Voyrio’s Google Ads operations.

How we store Google user data

STORAGE — Voyrio Ads AI stores Google user data only as needed to operate the application:

  • OAuth access and refresh tokens required to maintain authorized Google Ads API access are stored in secured storage in the Voyrio Ads AI application environment operated by Voyrio. These credentials are not publicly exposed.
  • Google Ads API data (such as campaign reports, performance metrics, and search-term reports) is stored in the same application environment when needed for dashboards, analysis, history, troubleshooting, and audit records.
  • Transient processing of API responses occurs during analysis and synchronization with Google Ads.

This policy does not publish server locations, credentials, tokens, API keys, or other secrets.

How we protect Google user data

Voyrio uses administrative, access-control, server, and application security measures designed to protect Google user data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Access to Voyrio Ads AI and Google Ads data is restricted to authorized Voyrio personnel. OAuth credentials and tokens are treated as confidential credentials and are stored in the secured Voyrio Ads AI application environment. Credentials, API keys, and OAuth tokens are not intentionally exposed through the public Voyrio website or public client-side source code. When Google authorization is revoked, the associated authorization credentials are no longer used to access Google Ads data.

How we share Google user data

SHARING and disclosure of Google user data from Voyrio Ads AI is limited as follows.

Voyrio does not sell Google user data.

Voyrio does not transfer or disclose Google user data to third parties except where necessary to provide and secure Voyrio Ads AI, comply with applicable law, or as explicitly authorized by the user.

Google Ads data accessed through Voyrio Ads AI is not shared with:

  • Data brokers
  • Information resellers
  • Unrelated advertising companies
  • Third parties for targeted, personalized, retargeted, or interest-based advertising
  • Third parties for training generalized AI or machine-learning models

Google receives Google user data only as necessary for OAuth authentication, authorization maintenance, and Google Ads API requests and responses between Google and Voyrio Ads AI.

Data retention and deletion

RETENTION and DELETION of Google user data in Voyrio Ads AI work as follows.

Google user data and authorization credentials for Voyrio Ads AI are retained only for as long as necessary to:

  • Provide Voyrio Ads AI functionality while authorization remains active;
  • Maintain required operational or audit records for Voyrio’s advertising operations; or
  • Satisfy applicable legal obligations.

We do not state a fixed retention period because retention depends on operational need and synchronization with Google Ads.

After a user revokes access (see below), authorization credentials are no longer used to obtain new Google Ads data. Stored Google user data that is no longer required may be deleted or refreshed on a rolling basis.

An authorized user may request deletion of Voyrio Ads AI data stored by Voyrio by emailing [email protected]. Include the Google account email used for authorization and, if possible, the Google Ads customer ID or account name so Voyrio can identify the authorization. Deletion requests are processed after Voyrio verifies the requester’s authority over the authorization or account.

Revoking access

REVOCATION of Google account access for Voyrio Ads AI:

Users can revoke Voyrio Ads AI access at any time through Google Account permissions: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Select Voyrio Ads AI and remove access. Revocation prevents future authorized Google Ads API access through that OAuth authorization once Google has processed the revocation.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Voyrio’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Voyrio limits the use of Google user data to providing or improving the user-facing functionality of Voyrio Ads AI. Voyrio does not allow humans to read Google user data except where the authorized user has provided affirmative consent for the specific data to be viewed, where access is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse or technical issues, where access is necessary to comply with applicable law, or where the data has been aggregated and is used for Voyrio’s internal operations in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.

Voyrio does not sell Google user data or transfer Google user data to advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers. Google user data is not used for targeted, personalized, retargeted, or interest-based advertising, determining creditworthiness or lending purposes, or for creating, training, or improving generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

Voyrio requires personnel, agents, contractors, and service providers with permitted access to Google user data to comply with the applicable Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use requirements.

The following applies to visitors of the public travel website only. It is separate from Voyrio Ads AI Google user data handling above.

Technical data

Our hosting and security systems process technical data when you visit voyrio.com (for example IP address, browser type, requested URLs, and timestamps) to deliver pages and protect the service.

Language preference

We may store a language preference cookie when you choose English, French, or Spanish.

Partner inventory and affiliate links

Live activity listings are loaded from the Viator Partner API and cached for limited periods. When you click a partner “Check availability” link, you may pass through a Voyrio redirect to Viator. We record aggregate partner click counts by day in our WordPress database (not individual visitor profiles).

Google Ads conversion measurement (website)

We use Google Site Kit to load Google tag for Google Ads conversion measurement on certain partner outbound clicks (Google Ads tag AW-18450486534). This is separate from Google OAuth and Google user data in Voyrio Ads AI.
